Many people are unaware of just how simple it is to make your own homemade nut butters - free from refined oils, sugars, fillers and numbers! Nut butters should only contain nuts (nothing else is necessary).

Homemade nut butters are a great way to use up excess nuts that may start to go stale, and by making your own you know exactly what ingredients are in it! You can use any nuts in any combination that takes your fancy... The options are endless...
Making you own nut butter is as simple as grinding nuts in a powerful blender or food processor until the desired consistency is reached (depending if you prefer smooth or crunchy nut butters).
