Join our Nutrition for Life team as we share tips, learn simple swaps, and taste how yummy LCHF can be for your health, while at the same time learning about managing blood glucose levels for Type 2 Diabetes with our very first Experience Nutrition for Life Food Demonstration.

Diabetes Educator, Diane Webb, and Dietitian, Danielle Toscan, will be hosting the food demonstration and sharing tips and ideas to make LCHF living easy for you on Wednesday 19 October at 6.30pm.
