1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup almond meal
100g cashew butter
100g coconut oil
½ cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Coating options
Flaked almonds
Desiccated, shaved or shredded coconut
Pistachio nuts, finely chopped
Raw cacao powder

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, then transfer to a large mixing bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, shape the mixture into bite-size balls and roll in the coatings.
  3. Return to the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to serve.
