Chia porridge

Cooking time: 10 mins

3 tsp. chia seeds
½ cup water
¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
¼ cup full cream milk
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. cream

Topping suggestions
Flaked almonds
Shaved or shredded coconut

  1. Heat the chia seeds, water and blueberries in a small saucepan over a medium heat until the mixture has thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture starts to boil.
  3. Stir through the cinnamon and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Drizzle with cream and serve with your favourite toppings.
