Easy Sprout Side Dish

Ingredients

Serves 2 Adults

10 Brussel Sprouts

Half a cabbage

2 Rashers of Bacon chopped

2 Tablespoon Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

***Additional serving suggestions...Add cheese

Method
  1. Steam greens 10 Mins
  2. Heat fry pan and melt butter until caramelised (you will see and smell the texture change)
  3. Add chopped bacon until lightly cooked, 2 mins
  4. Add steam greens, stir through for 3 mins
  5. Pepper and salt to taste
  6. serve up
