LCHF Chocolate Eggs

Ingredients

The following recipe is simple and can be tailored to suit the taste buds of any individual. It is extremely rich and satisfying without all the sugar and nasty additives.

Here is what you need!

1 Cup Cocoa or cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon pureed berries of choice

Method
  1. Combine cocoa/cacao and coconut oil in a bowl and mix well (melt coconut oil down first if it has solidified)
  2. Stir through desired fillings
  3. Spoon mixture into desired molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
  4. Turn molds upside down and press chocolates out onto a plate just prior to serving
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
