Low Carb Pancakes
LCHF Savoury Pancakes

Cooking time: under 10 minutes

1 cup almond meal

1/4 cup water

2 eggs

1-2 teaspoon chia seeds

Few pinches of salt

1 table spoon olive oil

***makes 5***

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth
  2. Heat a pan (medium temp), add butter or olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  3. Cook 1-2 pancakes at a time about 5 by 5 cm - turn when they start bubbling on the front side
  4. Topping suggestions ** cream cheese, tuna, avocado, cheese, tomato, chicken**
