Two-minute Bun
Prep time: 2
Cooking time: 2

1 egg, lightly whisked
1 tbsp. LSA meal or almond meal
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. water
¼ tsp. baking powder

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, then transfer to a microwave-safe ramekin (8cm diameter).
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Remove the bun from the ramekin and either set aside to cool or serve warm or toasted with your favourite toppings.
