Dietitians apply the art and science of human nutrition to help people understand the relationship between food and health and make dietary choices to attain and maintain health, and to prevent and treat illness and disease.
In Australia, Dietitians and Nutritionists are professionals who aim to assist in a person’s journey to reaching optimal health through food and nutrition. The main difference between the two is that only a Dietitian (APD) is recognised by Medicare. This means you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your doctor has put you on a care plan.
Yes we offer a service via skype all over Australia to clients who have access to this service.
